How do I download and edit a template?

Is my order transaction secure?

Verified SecurityYes your information is kept safe. SSL encryption is applied to protect all the data and information you provide for the order. Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption. So no “third party” can view your information.

You can view our SSL Certificate by clicking on the “Verified & Secured” button in the footer of our website.

What payment types do you accept?

Currently we accept payment through Paypal, Bank Transfer (to an Australian bank account) and Paymate. For instant download you must choose Paypal.

To pay via Credit Card (Paymate) or Bank Transfer please select the “Other Payment Method” in the Checkout. You will then be forwarded details on how to make a payment. Once payment is cleared your template will be sent to you.

How quickly will I receive my template?

If you purchased the template using Paypal, you can instantly download the template upon successful payment. The zipped file will become available in your Account (click on the “My Account” link up the top right of this website) once we have received notification from Paypal that your purchase was successful. Most of the time this is immediate but sometimes it can take a little longer to receive the notification.

Bank transfer payments can take between 1-3 business days to clear. Once payment has cleared we will forward the template to you via email.

If you are paying via Paymate, once we are notified the funds have cleared your template will be sent via email. Funds are normally cleared within 48 hours.

If you have any trouble downloading your template, please contact us and we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you offer any refunds if I don’t like the template I downloaded?

No, sorry we do not offer refunds. Please choose carefully before downloading our templates.

What do I receive when I purchase a template?

If you have purchased a Word template you will receive the template in both A4 and Letter size (Pages templates are only in Letter size).

If you purchased a PowerPoint template you will receive one copy of the template in PowerPoint format.

If you have purchased a package you will receive the Word template in A4 and Letter size and also the PowerPoint file.

What software are the templates designed in?

Templates were created in Microsoft Word 2007, saved as .doc files, Pages (MAC) and Powerpoint 2007 formats.

What are the page dimensions of your templates?

All Microsoft Word templates are available in both Letter (8.5 x 11 in) and A4 (8.26 x 11.69 in) size. Pages templates are available in Letter (8.5 x 11 in) size.

Why do you provide two size formats?

Customers in North America traditionally use Letter size documents. Customers in Australia and some parts of Europe use A4 size paper. We provide both sizes in our Word template files.

What type of document can I create?

We provide templates for Business Proposals, Ebooks and PowerPoint Presentations. You can use the file for any type of document you like. Ebooks can be converted to PDF format using a PDF convertor tool. You could also have your document converted to ePub and Kindle formats.

I need helping editing my template. Do you provide this service?

Yes we can help you with simple fixes. If you require further help we can provide our services for a fee. Please contact us for more information.

Do your templates work ok on a MAC?

For MAC only users we have designed some of our templates in Pages format. The word templates for sale were designed on a PC. They have been tested on a MAC but due to the irregular conflicts between MACs and PCs, we cannot guarantee glitches will not occur when opening the Word templates on your MAC. We recommend downloading one of the Pages template.

What level of Microsoft Word/Pages/PowerPoint knowledge do I need to edit your templates?

Our templates have been created so that anyone with a basic to intermediate knowledge can edit the documents.

I want to use the template for a few different type of documents. Can I do that?

Yes. Once you purchase the template you are welcome to use the template as many times as you like.

The company I work for wants to use one of your templates. Is that ok?

Yes. Templates can be used for personal and commercial projects. However, the template cannot be redistributed by email to other persons or companies.

Can I download a template and email it to a friend to use?

No. Our templates cannot be redistributed. Your friend must purchase the template. Please read our terms of use for more information.

If I want to download multiple templates, can you provide discounts?

Yes we provide quantity-based discounts on 3 or more templates. Please contact us before you download the templates. No discount can be provided if you download the templates first.

I like a particular template but want the header and footer a different colour. Do you offer any design service?

Yes we do. We can make modifications to any of the templates for a fee. Please contact us for more information.

I downloaded the template file but cannot open the file.

The file you downloaded is an archived file. You’ll need to unzip it using the latest Winzip software available at www.winzip.com.

Why do the text boxes contain a foreign language?

In That’s Creative! templates, the text boxes designated for body text contain Latin filler text to show how the layout looks with text.

Are fonts included with my template?

No, we do not provide fonts. We have designed our templates with standard Microsoft Office fonts so there should be no need to download and purchase any new fonts.

There are images in the template I purchased. Can I use them?

Some of our templates include stock images from www.freerangestock.com. If you wish to use these images, you MUST keep the copyright statement included in the templates. More information on Free Range Stock’s licencing.

Do you provide any ebook design services?

Yes through That’s Creative Ebook Design, we provide services to clients right across the world seeking high quality designs and a helpful and friendly service.
