When you have finished shopping click on the “Checkout” button located at the bottom of your cart and make payment via Paypal, Bank Transfer or Paymate (Bank Transfer and Paymate are not immediate download – Payment must clear before the template can be available for download).

Once payment has been received successfully, you are able to download the template zip file from your Account (click on the “My Account” link on the top right of the website). All downloaded files will be available from this location.

Save the file to your computer and unzip the folder to open the file. (If you are unable to open zip file go to www.winzip.com and download their free program).

Styles

All our documents are set up with styles. For instance, “Heading 1″, “Heading 2 and “normal” style.

Style Gallery

The style gallery is located on your toolbar. If you place the cursor in the text you will notice the style changes if you move the cursor from normal text to a heading to bullet points.

Why is the document set up with styles?

We have set the document up with styles so that your text and layout stays consistent. It also makes it easier and quicker for you to change your text instead of having to make manual changes to the font type and size every few minutes.

Paste Special CommandPasting Text

When pasting existing text into the document, put the cursor where you want the text inserted, then choose Paste Special from the Edit Menu > Unformatted Text (see highlighted square on the right). This way you will not be bringing formatting or styles from the other document into your new, clean document.

Placing Images

If you would like your text to wrap around the image select ‘Through’ as the text wrapping option (either right click on the image and select ‘Text Wrapping’ or choose ‘Text Wrapping’ on your toolbar).
