- You may not sell or giveaway for free our templates to any 3rd party companies.
- Images used in the template design are provided as part of the template package and can only be used as part of the template. You may not sell or give images away for free.
- You may not claim that you designed our templates.
- Refunds on purchases are not available for any digital product. Please choose carefully.
- You may not include our templates within your products and sell them. You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.
- You may not distribute our template after you have performed modifications on it, UNLESS all images and design objects are replaced and the template looks completely different from the original template. The images we use are licensed and if you use them without obtaining a proper license you will be liable for damages and copyright infringement.
- You can use the templates for personal or commercial purposes.
- That’s Creative! grants you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, worldwide and perpetual right to edit our templates, by exchanging or changing design elements, changing or inserting new text or otherwise personalizing the Product for a particular project, to create ebook or business documents.
- You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of That’s Creative! That’s Creative! products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. You understand That’s Creative! is not responsible for the content, quality or merchantability of any information, product or service offered herein and you must assume full responsibility to evaluate independently the accuracy, completeness, quality and usefulness of any information or other content.
- We do not guarantee that templates designed on a PC will be suitable for a MAC environment. Every effort has been made to provide a quality product and minimize conflict issues. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors.
